I was so proud to be part of the team of Volunteers who accepted the RHS Award for Library in Bloom at the Manchester Communities Together Event at the Town Hall today. This is our first award from the RHS, and shows how far we have come with our efforts.
We have had lots of nice comments throughout the year on the garden – thanks to Southway Housing and the planters complete, with scarecrow, thanks to the volunteers care.
Still to come will be a lovely show of bulbs on the front lawn next Spring.
