Burnage Library will be putting on an event with local schools and families as part of a lottery funded project. As part of this, we will be hosting a Big Burnage Animal Parade on Friday 24th March from 6.00 – 8.00pm.
The parade will feature 4 giant illuminated animals made in local school workshops with artists from Global Grooves, who we’ll be working in partnership with. We’ll be starting from St. Margaret’s Church car park and processing along to a finale at Burnage Academy, and with masks, shakers, music and dancers, we hope it will be a bit of a spectacular do!
Stay tuned for more information about what’s going on when, but in the meantime do let us know if you’ve got any queries, and don’t forget to put the date in your diary!
